This website is operated for David D McElroy Real Estate LLC. This policy describes information provided through the DFW Homeowner Resource website.

Information you provide

The consultation form asks for your name, email, city, situation, and optional phone number, property address, and message. It records the communication choices you select, the consent wording and version, the page address, and submission metadata. Please do not submit account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, or confidential legal material.

How information is used

Information is used to review and respond to your request, maintain records, and manage the permissions you select. Submitting a request authorizes a response by email about that request. Ongoing marketing email, text messaging, and phone or AI-voice calls require the relevant optional authorization.

Service providers

The site uses Netlify for hosting and form collection. Hosting, email, customer-management, and communications providers may process information on the brokerage’s behalf as needed to handle a request. They may process technical information such as IP addresses for delivery, security, and spam prevention. The brokerage does not sell mobile numbers or share SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties for their independent marketing.

Your choices

The report can be read and downloaded without completing the form. All marketing choices are optional. Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the provided option; reply STOP to texts to opt out or HELP for help. You may also ask to withdraw permissions, correct information, or request deletion by emailing david@daviddmcelroy.com or calling 817-966-9495. Records may need to be retained for business or legal obligations.

Security and retention

Information is kept as needed to respond, administer communications, maintain consent records, and meet applicable obligations. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not use this form for urgent or confidential legal matters.
